Cancellations

We accept cancellations at no charge within 12 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations requested after 12 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
If your order has already been processed, received, or painted, a 35% cancellation fee will apply.

Wrong Paint / Color Match

While we use your factory paint code, as well as your vehicle’s Year / Make / Model, it is not possible to guarantee a perfect color match that blends seamlessly with the rest of your vehicle.

Because of natural variations in paint tone and application, no refunds will be provided for color differences.

Wrong Part Ordered / Part Doesn’t Fit the Vehicle

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct part is ordered for your vehicle.
All listings include the OEM and/or manufacturer part number — please confirm compatibility with your vehicle before purchase.

If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so.
All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, and items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Vivid Auto Parts does not provide prepaid return labels.

Damages

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (part or paint), please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can begin the resolution process promptly.

Photos will be required for claim verification.
All claims must be submitted by email to wallacemarcellus55@gmail.com.

Returns

Customers may return an item for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and must be in their original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and Vivid Auto Parts does not issue return labels.

Refunds and Reimbursements

Approved refund claims will only cover the cost of the item purchased.
We do not reimburse for:
• Damage repair costs
